I can't say enough about the experience I had with F.A. Locksmith. I arrived at RDU having left my car key in security at the previous airport. They met me at my vehicle in the RDU parking garage at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. Scheduling was easy and the communication by text prior to the meeting was smooth and responsive. They were right on time. Remarkably, because of the sophistication of my vehicle's computer (and some changes to the door that had been made by a previous owner) it took them 12 hours to finally decode the computer and make the new keys. It was an extraordinarily complicated process - one that I felt they could have easily given up on at many junctures, but to their credit, they did not give up! They were committed to getting the job done and sincerely committed to not leaving me stranded. Throughout the process, they were incredibly polite and sincerely apologetic for how unusually long it was taking. Honestly, someone with less integrity and perseverance would have thrown their hands up at some point along the way, and said "I'm sorry I can't help you," but these guys were sincerely committed to doing what they had promised to do, and to fulfilling the commitment they had made to me. Despite the fact that it took more than 4 times longer than they had anticipated, they did not charge me any more than what they told me at the outset. To be clear, the length of the job they did for me was purely a result of the idiosyncrasies of my vehicle and NOT due to a lack of skill on their part. It was clear to me that they know what they were doing and are very good at their jobs. I think these guys are the best. I highly recommend them without reservation, and I will definitely hire them again for any locksmithing needs!
Mariano @ FA Locksmith was GREAT!! We had a stubborn door that required a lot of attention, and Mariano was determined to get it working better than ever while also helping us be as cost efficient as possible. I had the car keys to my Honda Civic stolen late in the day Sunday and needed a replacement ASAP for work Monday morning. FA Locksmith came just 20 minutes after I called and got me into my car and had a new key made. There was barely an hour between me making the initial call and getting my new keys. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend them - they’re a lifesaver!

It's very obvious when you find someone who is a master of their trade, and this is definitely one of those businesses. Absolutely fantastic service, saved me hundreds from having to tow my car to the Audi dealership and getting my keys reprogrammed there. Thanks so much Charles!

I have a mercedes-Benz 2007 E350 Im very pleased with Judah he was very professional he knew what he was talking He fixed my vehicle in under an hour! If you ever have a key fob loss, please contact FA Locksmith very professional I would recommend them to anyone who need a key fob!

Wonderful experience!! We called and he was here in less than an hour! We lost the keys to our Kia optima and he got the car unlocked and programmed a new key in around 45 minutes.

They came out same day and fixed my front door lock! Even needed another part and came back the next day on the weekend. Great service and highly recommend

I had CarolinaKey come out to make me a new key claimed they couldn't do it due to programming. Marcos came and fixed my old key and made a new key in less than an hr PROGRAMMING and all!!! I highly recommend F.A Locksmith.
