I would like to thank F.A. Locksmith for the great service they provided. I was nervous whether or not he could make, and or reprogram my key for 2007 s550 mercedes. I needed a locksmith quickly to replace a lock at our business. FA responded within a 1/2 hour. Needless to say, I was impressed. If I need any future services, Charles will be the first one I call. He had good customer service which seems to be lacking nowadays and I appreciated this. He keep me informed as to when the new FOB was in because of the type of key I have. This is a mobile service and he was thorough and made sure everything worked.

These guys aren't just locksmiths, these guys are master level engineers. I was servicing my cfmoto 450ss motorcycle and misplaced my key. I had a photo of it and Charles Fabricated a key from the tools he had. While having the incorrect blank he managed to make 2 fitting keys for me.I really can't express my gratitude enough.

I had requested F.A. Locksmith to routinely install new lock sets on two entrance doors but as is so often the case it required extra effort. Alex came back later the same day to make final adjustments and didn’t leave until both lock sets worked perfectly. I would definitely call them again. Great service.

Lost my keys 250 miles from home at DUMC, I called explaining my situation and Mariano was my knight in shinning armour. He had to replace the ignition but at that point I was desperate and we wanted to get home, all this in a tropical storm. He kept reassuring me he'd get us fixed and back on the road and he did. Bless his heart he had to make a bee line across Raleigh to the dealership and back to us for the part before they closed and he did it! I can't say enough wonderful things about these people. The service was good and fast! Giving 4 stars only because like many companies, they also use the ‘new normal’ of adding tip options while making payment after the service! The tips are intended for the service industry people who earns 2-7$ per hour, not someone who makes 120$ per hour! Almost every business is now putting customers on the spot by having the option to tip on the payment screen. This should not continue!
