Called in the morning for help installing a handleset on our front door. Got a call back within minutes to schedule someone to come out and spec the work (our prior handleset was a non-standard size). I went to get a key fob programmed but had purchased the wrong key fob. They took the time to explain how to find the correct key fob. I ordered one, went back a week later and my new key fob was programmed and working i just a few minutes. Several employees came and talked to my grandson and even gave him a donut. Great experience. I drive a Mustang GT and could not be more pleased with this service. I called for estimates on a new key fob which were explained thoroughly and politely. Appointment was scheduled the same day and I received updates leading up to arrival. Charles was very kind and could not have been more professional. I highly recommend F.A. Locksmith! They came out to install a new lock for my kitchen and rekeyed all my other doors to match the new key. The work itself was great, but the one thing that really sets them apart is their outstanding communication. With most vendors, you get a date and time, and if something comes up, you're left completely in the dark. F.A. Locksmith kept me thoroughly updated on the lock delivery status and their exact arrival time. They had to take care of an emergency lockout right before my appointment, and they actually let me know instead of just showing up late. I really appreciated that level of respect for my time.
