Here’s a recent job we completed in Raleigh, NC last week. The customer needed a high-security solution for their commercial door, and we installed an Alarm Lock DL4500 model. This is a heavy-duty keypad lock that’s great for places that need both security and access control.

Before we could install the new lock, we had to modify the door to fit it properly. This type of lock needs a mortise channel cut inside the door to allow the lock body to sit tight and right. It’s a precise process that takes time, but it’s worth it for the added strength and security that comes with this type of lock.
